The Firebirds fight hard every week, but do you want to know how all the teams did? Check out the coach’s comments below…(teams without summaries did not have them available at the time of posting)Week 8, October 17, 2009 5th White - The 5th Grade White Firebirds finished off their undefeated season by beating Beavercreek White this weekend 19-7. They played a good game on both sides of the ball. They are looking forward to the tournament and have made massive improvements this year. WAY TO GO BIRDS!!!!!!! Keep up the hard work. Thanks to our awesome cheerleaders you girls do an awesome job every week
6th Gray - Again another game that was closer than the score shows. The boys played very well, at half time the score was 12-7. After a quick score and a next drive turn over for Beavercreek the boys had a hard time fighting back. They never gave up and played hard the whole game. With Dalton Freeland Leading the charge on defense we had 2 goal line stands and 3 turnovers. On offense our O-line played well opening big holes for our running back . good game men. a tough one to lose. |
